Why we exist
We started Applify AI after watching brilliant engineers—including ourselves—lose interviews because automated filters never let a human read their story. Helping peers optimize resumes by hand proved the need for something faster and more thoughtful.
During our own search we submitted hundreds of applications and heard back from only a handful. Research confirmed what we suspected: most companies rely on Applicant Tracking Systems that judge you purely on keyword math.
